Our Return Policy and Procedure [back to top]

Damaged in Transit

As internal damage cannot always be identified on delivery, the Customer must sign the drivers manifest as “unchecked”. Should any damage be identified on opening the package, Booga must be advised within 24 hours of the exact damage. It is imperative that the Customer does not dispose of any of the packaging, as this will be required to affect a claim against the carrier. The claim will be handled by Booga, and an arrangement will be made to collect the damaged goods and replacements will be sent.

We cannot accept any claims for damage if the above time scales are not followed.

Item Shortages

It is the Customers responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages that are delivered, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered equal the number of packages on the delivery drivers manifest/consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the drivers manifest and it is the Customers responsibility to thereafter notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Should the Customer be missing an item but has signed for the correct number of packages. The Customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. The Customer will be requested to provide us with a copy of the invoice as well. The matter will be investigated and the Customer will be informed of the decision.

The Customer will also be required to provide further information on what was received i.e. we may require the manufactures part codes and a full description of what has been received. Should there be any extenuating circumstances that has prohibited the Customer to remain within the specified time frame, resolution will be by mutual decision.

Non-Deliveries of Item(s)

Step by Step Guide [back to top]

Product Order Procedure

You may order products listed and made available on the Booga Site by purchasing online.

The Booga site allows you to place your order easily, safely and securely. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and VAT and its current rate (17.5%) will be added to your order. A small delivery charge may also be incurred, this will be advised when you order goods. Our integrated shopping cart facility totals up the items as you buy them on the site. This keeps a running total of all the items you wish to purchase.

There are five stages:

1. Add a Product
When you find the item or items you wish to purchase simply enter the quantity you require in the box provided, (1 is default) then click on the 'Add to Cart' icon. These items will then accumulate in your shopping cart. If you order an item(s) that are not currently in stock we will contact you with an expected available date. However it should be noted that these dates will only be estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Proceed to Checkout
Should you require further items repeat the above process with other products, until you are ready to purchase. During your browsing your running total is visible, when ready to proceed, simply click on the 'Your choice is completed - Order Now' button located in the screen.

3. Registered Users
If you have registered with us already, please enter your user name and password to be taken into the buy pages where you can confirm your address and payment details.

4. New Users (Not Registered)
You will need to create a user name (your e-mail address) and password, in order to purchase from us. This will allow you to visit again and not have to re-enter address details each time you wish to purchase from us. Once you have registered and provided a user name and password, we will send your confirmation details via email. You can proceed to the buy pages where you can confirm your address and add payment details.

5. Goods Despatched
When you have placed your order, and your online payment has shown cleared funds then your goods will be prepared and despatched. Standard delivery means that your item is usually despatched within 24hours and usually arrives with 3-4 days.
